<image:caption>Raylea Bowe Raylea completed her Early Childhood Education certificate from the College of New Caledonia in 2017. The program offered a great variety of practicum placements through various childcare settings which gave her the opportunity to experience diverse programs as well as various approaches. These include strongstart, preschool, afterschool care, family gym nights, the CCRR, group daycare as well as infant and toddler. Raylea has been greatly appreciative of the different mentors throughout her childcare learning, some of her most influential coming from Emilio Reggio and Maria Montessori. “ We are here to support and encourage our children to grow into their own unique individuals, to live a healthy balanced life, to help flourish their dreams, to spark wonder and curiosity, to guide them through problem solving steps and to be that safe place for our children when they need it.”</image:caption>
